To travel to Treetops by road, travel along the Calder Highway to the New Gisborne exit. Turn right on to Station Road, then right again onto Saunders Road (Romsey). Follow the road to Riddells Creek passing through the town and turn left at Gap Road and travel for approximately 2.5km and turn left again onto Royal Parade. The park entrance is 400m on the left, just opposite the cemetery.

To travel to Treetops by train, take a VLine train on the line towards Bendigo. Riddells Creek is the second stop after Sunbury (end of electrified line). Typically, board the train at Footscray, North Melbourne, or Southern Cross stations. From Riddells Creek station, head northwest past the Foodworks, and right onto Main Road, then take the next left onto Bolithos Road. Walk 1.85km to the end. Turn right onto Royal Parade. The park entrance is 400m on the right, just opposite the cemetery.
