Treetops is opening for Regional Victorians as of 28/9/20
Treetops will open for household group bookings and for Scout program day-activities as of the 28/9/20.
Accommodation Camping, caravans and cabins at Treetops can be used for accommodation. We will open for household group bookings only and are restricted to single households, members of a designated household bubble or intimate partners. There is no overnight camping by Scout groups. Separate bookings cannot share the same sleeping facility. Only residents of Regional Victoria can visit Treetops.
Scout Program Activities Treetops can be used for Scout program day activities, in groups no bigger than defined by Step 3 Return to Scouting Directions. The default limit is 10 participants plus leaders required to run the activity. Multiple Scouting activities must be physically separate, either in different parts of the campsite or separated by 100m. Scout groups undertaking day activities will be separated from accommodation areas.
Communal Facilities Facilities such as toilets, showers, kitchens, meal areas etc can be shared between groups but physical distancing and enhanced cleaning is required. Communal areas must be cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.
All above users of campsites must comply with the following: Communal toilets, showers and cooking facilities may be shared if they are cleaned at least twice per day by hirers. Hirers must ensure that there is regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces in shared areas and must undertake a thorough clean at the conclusion of their hire. Hirers must provide to our Ranger on arrival name and phone number of all attendees and date/time of arrival and departure.
TREETOPS IS MANAGED AND MAINTAINED SOLEY BY UNPAID VOLUNTEERS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO CONTINUALLY CLEAN THROUGHOUT HIRES. HIRERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO CARRY OUT THESE TASKS. SHOULD YOU NOT BE PREPARED TO ACCEPT THIS CONDITION, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING.
